Job Description: Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Crypto Quantitative Researcher to join our dynamic team. As a Crypto Quantitative Researcher focusing on market making HFT strategies, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing quantitative trading strategies to enhance our market making capabilities in the fast-paced and evolving landscape of digital asset trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and Development: Conduct quantitative research to identify and develop high-frequency trading strategies tailored for market making in cryptocurrency markets. Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and mathematical modeling to identify market inefficiencies and generate alpha.

  2. Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with traders and developers to translate research insights into actionable trading strategies. Develop and implement algorithmic trading models and execution algorithms to optimize trading performance, minimize latency, and maximize profitability.

  3. Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets of market and trading data to derive insights into market dynamics, liquidity patterns, and price behavior. Develop tools and methodologies for data collection, processing, and analysis to support research efforts and trading operations.

  4. Risk Management: Assess and manage the risks associated with trading strategies, including market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. Implement risk management frameworks and controls to monitor and mitigate risks effectively.

  5. Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of trading strategies in real-time and conduct ongoing optimization and refinement to improve efficiency, profitability, and risk-adjusted returns. Stay abreast of market developments and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in quantitative finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in quantitative research methodologies, including statistical analysis, time series analysis, and machine learning techniques.
  • Solid understanding of financial markets, trading dynamics, and electronic trading systems.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in quantitative finance and data analysis, such as Python, C++,
  • 2+ years experience in experience with cryptocurrency markets and digital asset trading is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a strong sense of accountability and integrity.
