Job DescriptionAs the Senior Product Manager - Platform at Appcast, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform and mitigating fraud. You will be responsible for the core platform governing our product, driving growth for niche products and supporting integrated business tools to achieve high-scale, high-performance to our customers and partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: With the support of leadership, define and articulate a clear and comprehensive product strategy that aligns with market trends, technological advancements, and organizational goals.
- Roadmap Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee a product roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery of features and enhancements.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, prioritizing user needs and feedback to drive product improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive.
- Performance Metrics and KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align product strategies with organizational goals, ensuring maximum impact and success for our product offerings.
- Innovation and Leadership: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our platform.
- Proven ability to establish a clear product vision and strategy, set impactful, goal-oriented milestones, and develop and execute a roadmap that achieves those goals within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in scaling platforms, managing paid advertising products and fraud mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysis, user research, and performance metrics to drive product decisions.
Education and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Travel Requirements
Travel for this position may include quarterly travel to attend internal and external meetings, however, this may vary based on business needs and opportunities.
