*Job Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver effective care to patients, including those requiring infectious disease management and senior care.

*Duties*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
* Provide catheter care and assist with mobility and ambulation of patients.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.
* Support the nursing team in delivering patient service by preparing rooms for new admissions and assisting with patient transfers.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff regarding patient needs and concerns.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of anatomy, systems, and best practices in patient care.

*Experience*
* Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
* Knowledge of medical records management and familiarity with anatomy is beneficial.
* Understanding of infectious disease care protocols is desirable.
* A strong commitment to providing compassionate senior care is essential.
