About the Role

As a Senior Engineer specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Application solutions and supporting other corporate systems. Working closely with the BIS product team, you’ll ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs, enhance operational efficiency, and drive key outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM).
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents.
  • Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with other systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.
  • Stay updated on the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best standards.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand and analyze business requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
  • Provide technical support for other corporate systems.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Deep technical knowledge and functionality of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, and HCM.
  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications security, integration, reporting, extensibility, and architecture.
  • Proficiency with Oracle Fusion Cloud development tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
  • Knowledge of application support and development methodologies, including ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Ability to modify Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications UI and strong experience with databases and BI tools.
  • Business acumen in key areas such as Order to Cash, Financials, and Hire to Retire processes.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PaaS solutions, such as Oracle Integration Cloud and Visual Builder Cloud Service, is a plus.
  • Preferred certifications: Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer or in a similar role within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM).
  • Completed at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications in a technical capacity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle PaaS solutions, including Oracle Integration Cloud and Process Automation.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
