Riverside Health and Rehab has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team in Trenton, NJ as an Infection Control Nurse (LPN/RN).This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.

As the Infection Control Nurse you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the prevention, containing, and treating infections. Developing programs in compliance with regulations and guidelines. Provide staff training and education.

This position is full time.

Job Requirements:

NJ Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN)
2 Years of nursing experience in a long term care facility.
Infection Control Certified
Strong communication skills
