Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Nurse Coordinator Quality Assurance will monitor and improve inpatient and outpatient medical record documentation, ensures compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards, helps to educate physician and nursing teams, and works to mitigate any financial or public reporting ramifications.
The Clinical Quality Consultant will be responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance, ensuring joint commission survey readiness, maintaining accreditation, overseeing patient safety and implementing quality performance improvement initiatives
The Quality Management Nurse Manager will oversees quality, infection control, risk management and patient safety / relations. The Nursing Manager of Quality Management will be responsible for the development of an integrated approach to quality across the organization. The Quality and Performance Improvement Nurse Manager will collaborate closely with the Chief Nursing Officer in developing strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement, process, and activities.
