NHA Nursing Home Administrator

NHA Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations: Manage the facility's daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure quality care: Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services.
• Lead and manage team: Supervise and develop a team of professionals, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including CMS, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Community engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our facility's services and reputation.
• Financial management: Manage the facility's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
