Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in machine learning (ML) engineering, proficiency in Python, and enterprise-level experience deploying ML solutions. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)-based ML services is required, and experience or a willingness to learn Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

ML Solution Design and Development:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to design, test, and optimize ML solutions across various projects.
  • Ensure scalability, robustness, and efficiency of ML models deployed in production.

Enterprise-Level ML Engineering:

  • Design and develop large-scale ML solutions for deployment in enterprise environments, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Implement best practices for model development, version control, testing, and documentation.
  • Lead the integration of ML solutions with enterprise systems and ensure seamless deployment in production.

Cloud-Based ML Services on GCP:

  • Utilize Google Cloud Platform ML services such as AI Platform, BigQuery ML, and AutoML for model training, deployment, and management.
  • Optimize ML workflows and model deployment pipelines on GCP.
  • Stay updated with the latest GCP tools and best practices for ML engineering.

Generative AI (Gen AI) Learning and Application:

  • Work with Gen AI models and frameworks to experiment with and develop innovative solutions.
  • Apply knowledge of transformer models, GANs, and other Gen AI technologies for applicable projects.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and explore cutting-edge Gen AI solutions to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python is a must; additional knowledge of R or Java is a plus.
  • Machine Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and similar ML libraries.
  • GCP Services: Strong knowledge of GCP ML tools, including AI Platform, BigQuery ML, AutoML, and Vertex AI.
  • Data Processing: Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous.
  • Generative AI: Familiarity with Gen AI models, or willingness to learn Gen AI tools and frameworks, is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in ML engineering, with a strong background in enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing, deploying, and scaling ML models in production environments.
