Reporting Senior Nursing Director, the Nurse Manager Behavioral and Mental Health will oversee an inpatient behavioral and mental health unit dedicated to patients recovering from addiction. The Nurse Manager Behavioral and Mental Health will oversee day-to-day operations, workflow, scheduling, and leadership across the 19-bed inpatient unit. The Nurse Manager Behavioral and Mental Health will provide both administrative and clinical support for the department; including managing the budget, updating policy procedures, department staffing, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, and cross collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The Nurse Manager Behavioral and Mental Health will be supported by a team of Registered Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Educators, NPs, CNAs, Techs, and ancillary staff.
Ideally, the Nurse Manager Behavioral and Mental Health will bring previous leadership experience, and a clinical background working in an inpatient behavioral or mental health unit. The Nurse Manager will also hold their RN license.
