- You can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of investment selection and analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction methodology and ability to apply it to advisors in this market.
- You have a working knowledge of technology used to develop and provide analyses, as well as hold virtual meetings and presentations.
- You understand proficient retirement plan terminology as well as the marketplace, including ERISA, and the various platforms, including advisor-sold investment only (IO).
- You have strong communication, relationship building, and consultative selling skills
- You must hold an SIE and Series 7 and 66 registrations or equivalent
- You hold a bachelor's degree
