Position:

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong emphasis on business analysis. This hybrid role is responsible for supporting project intake, strategy development, roadmap scope definition, prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation collection and analysis.

As a Project Manager, responsibilities include project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards and best practices.


The Opportunity:

As project Business Analysis:

  • Conduct meetings with partners to gather and understand their requirements.

  • Analyze partner’s needs and translate them into clear and actionable project requirements.

  • Collaborate with team members to develop and propose solutions that meet business needs.

  • Roadmap Prioritization/Scoping, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning

  • Project Delivery Support: Standards, Impact Measurements & Reporting, Project Closeout

  • Propose processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the collaboration between cross-functional teams.

  • Identify areas for process optimization and recommend solutions to support improved ways of working.

  • Business Analysis: Industry Intelligence, Competitive Experience Analysis, Feature Set Inventory


As Project Manager:

  • Responsible for the project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing across the Data & Platform projects.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including: project plan, project briefs, requirements documents and timelines.

  • Organize and coordinate relevant project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.

  • Take detailed meeting notes to capture key discussions, decisions, and action items.

  • Track project progress and ensure milestones are met according to scheduled timelines.

  • Identify project risks and work with the relevant teams to develop mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals.

  • Facilitate and lead project team meetings.


Who you are:

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a hands-on project or program manager, ideally within the Healthcare, Marketing or Technology domains.

  • Strong experience using project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and online collaboration tools (such as Lucid, Confluence).

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse group of team members and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partner relationships (internal and external to the organization).

  • PMP Certification is a plus

  • IIBA Certification is desired

  • Certified Scrum Master is a plus
