Shift: 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

• 12 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Floating between facilities may be required between San Diego & San Diego Zion. May be asked to float to lower acuities.

Required Qualifications:

-The candidates must have NICU Transport experience for our NICU Transport team. These candidates would be RNs with NICU experience and did NICU transport. Ideally these RNs would be more senior RNs hopefully with greater than 5 years experience in transport. - 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience - Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program - Level IlI Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
  • Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level IlI Neonatal Intensive Care (within last ten (10) years) preferred.

BLS from Canadian Heart and Stroke and Military Training Network is also accepted

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
