\*\*Job Summary:\*\*

Join our in-house therapy team Our facility in Ashland is just minutes away from the thriving downtown district. It is also centrally located between Mansfield, Medina, and Wooster. Crystal Care has an excellent therapy team that is committed to providing a variety of services to short-term rehab patients, outpatients, and long-term residents. The therapy gym is equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results

\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*

- Assist in implementing personalized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

- Provide direct patient care, including administering therapeutic exercises and modalities.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.

\*\*Experience:\*\*

- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

- Proficiency in medical terminology and physiology.

- Preferred experience in orthopedics, acute care, geriatrics, inpatient, clinic, or hospital medicine.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality patient care standards.
