Regional Training and Program Manager, AGI DS KM

We need an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the capacity and experience to lead a team of training managers in defining the learning strategy and then follow through to deliver impactful business results through implementation and delivery of the training at each site. In addition, this individual will run training programs to continuously improve the training processes and training efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, experience with AI or data-driven environments, the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, and run programs independently with global stakeholders.

Key Job Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of trainers responsible for human input and data annotation for AI systems.
    Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the team.
    Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  2. Training Curriculum Development:
    Design and implement training programs in collaboration with the Learning Experience Design team to improve the quality and efficiency of human input processes.
    Develop best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training activities.
    Ensure training programs are aligned with the latest advancements in AI and meet organizational goals and customer needs.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    Monitor the quality of human input data and annotations to ensure accuracy and consistency of the trained individuals.
    Implement quality control measures to reduce errors and optimize data integrity.
    Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to refine training processes based on feedback and model performance.
  4. Process Improvement:
    Continuously evaluate and improve training methodologies and processes.
    Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to AI training.
  5. Project Management:
    Manage training schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet project deadlines.
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure training integration across various programs.
    Report on training progress, outcomes, and areas for improvement to senior management.
    Run independent programs and projects to improve efficiency and experience.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with Operations, workforce management, and quality to understand training needs and align them with project objectives.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
    Advocate for the training team’s needs and priorities within the broader organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Experience:
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
    Experience in AI, data annotation, or a technology-driven environment is highly desirable.
    Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
  3. Skills:
    Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data annotation processes.
    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
