Descriptive Summary
The Head Esthetician is a License Esthetician that also hold a Laser Certification and are responsible for managing the VIP department performance and Training of Staff both locally and regionally.

- Ensuring that all VIP Management in all locations are hitting their set goals and targets.
Core Functions
- Laser Safety and Handling: Comprehensive training on the safe and proper usage of laser equipment, including understanding different laser types, settings, and potential risks. Emphasis will be placed on maintaining a safe environment for both clients and staff during laser treatments.
- Sanitation and Sterilization: Training on maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including proper sanitation and sterilization of equipment and tools to prevent infections and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Client Confidentiality: Training on the importance of client privacy and confidentiality, with a focus on handling client information and records in a secure and discreet manner.
- Treatment Protocols: In-depth knowledge and understanding of various esthetic and laser treatment protocols, tailored to different skin types and conditions. This training will ensure consistent and effective service delivery to clients.
- Emergency Preparedness: Instruction on handling potential emergency situations during treatments, such as adverse reactions or allergic responses, with an emphasis on quick and appropriate action.
- Conflict Resolution: Training on effective conflict resolution techniques to handle any client concerns or disputes that may arise, promoting a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Customer Service Excellence: Focused training on providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed clients' expectations and ensure a positive experience.
- Team Leadership: Guidance on developing leadership skills to support and motivate the esthetician team, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarization with the products used in esthetic and laser treatments, including their benefits, proper application, and aftercare instructions.
- Note: Protocol training will be provided either in-house by our qualified staff or through reputable external training providers. Successful completion of the training program will be mandatory for assuming the Assistant Manager position.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals that align with the med spa's objectives, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including individual and team sales figures, conversion rates, and average ticket size, and take appropriate actions to achieve or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the spa management team to develop marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and packages to increase sales and attract new clients.
- Conduct regular sales meetings with estheticians to review performance, provide feedback, and offer training and development opportunities to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong customer-centric culture among the esthetician team.
