Key Responsibilities- Conduct personal and individualized mental health counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
- Implement solution-focused treatment modalities that cater to the unique needs of each client.
- Develop and maintain effective treatment plans, collaborating with clients to address their mental health concerns and personal goals.
- Facilitate client self-awareness by helping them explore their emotions, thoughts, and interpersonal relationships.
- Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary and supporting the development of healthy coping mechanisms.
As an LCPC at Banner Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
- An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of practice.
- The ability to practice independently without supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach toward client interactions.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for counseling management, teletherapy, and client communication.
While not required, prior experience working in remote counseling, or familiarity with digital mental health platforms can enhance your effectiveness in this role. We encourage applicants with a background in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.
Compensation and Benefits- Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
