About the Company
\nWe are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong track record of delivering scalable business solutions.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Act as the Power Platform SME, providing technical leadership and best practice guidance across teams.\n
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using:\n
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)\n
- Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, integrations)\n
- Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, reports, and analytics)\n
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.\n
- Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to governance and security standards.\n
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems (e.g., APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).\n
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications.\n
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.\n
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.\n
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.\n
- Conduct code reviews, solution audits, and technical assessments.\n
Qualifications
\nMinimum 7+ years of experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform.
\nRequired Skills
\nProven expertise in:
\n- \n
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps)\n
- Power Automate (workflow automation, RPA, integrations)\n
- Power BI (data visualization, DAX, data modeling)\n
Strong understanding of:
\n- \n
- Microsoft Dataverse\n
- API integrations and connectors\n
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, etc.)\n
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, from design to deployment.\n
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.\n
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts.\n
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.\n
