A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, or Dallas.
Ideal Candidate: 3+ years of broad transactional real estate experience Experience with purchase & sale agreements Development agreements Property management agreements Leasing agreements Joint venture experience preferred Borrower-side financing experience preferred Fund experience preferred Excellent academic credentials Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to navigate complex matters efficiently and effectively Strong team orientation and interest in contributing to the growth of a national practice
