Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Smart Spaces Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS along with a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust solutions that drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and efficient architectures using NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain architectural documentation including system diagrams data flow diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Oversee the integration of various systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards in all architectural designs.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders including developers project managers and business analysts.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans to support long-term business goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in NIAGARA4 AWS and BMS technologies.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work both remotely and on-site.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Show proficiency in creating and maintaining architectural documentation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Possess a strong understanding of security and regulatory compliance.
  • Exhibit experience in system integration and performance optimization.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
