Position: IT Administrator
Hourly: $30-$35/Hour
Location: Goodyear, AZ | Onsite
Immediate Start | Contract-to-Hire
Overview of the IT Administrator Position:
Are you ready to step beyond traditional IT support and become a key technical leader within a growing manufacturing environment? This IT Administrator opportunity offers the chance to serve as the primary on-site IT resource, technical escalation point, and infrastructure leader supporting a state-of-the-art production facility.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is motivated by opportunities to lead projects, mentor others, and drive continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone looking to build leadership experience while maintaining strong technical involvement across both IT and operational technology (OT) environments.
Responsibilities of the IT Administrator:
- Provide advanced frontline and escalated support for hardware, software, networking, Microsoft technologies, and manufacturing systems.
- Administer and optimize Microsoft technologies including Intune, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, BitLocker, licensing, and related services.
- Serve as the primary on-site technical lead and smart-hands resource for centralized Network, Server, and Infrastructure teams.
