Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health status, strengths, and therapeutic needs for each patient.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient plans.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with your interdisciplinary team, incorporating patient goals and preferences while ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Assist patients and their families in navigating the complexities of mental health diagnoses and treatment options, enhancing understanding and promoting informed decision-making.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities that cater to the specific needs of your clients.
• Advocate for patients' rights and needs, assisting them in accessing necessary resources, support, and services.
• Lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to ensure continuity of care.
• Document treatment processes and patient progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems, following HIPAA guidelines and best practices for confidentiality.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
