Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
$6,000 sign-on bonus
Position Highlights:
May be eligible for $6,000 sign-on bonus Compensation: Immediately, Avera starts you with great wages, excellent benefits including health, dental, paid time off, and generous retirement. Student Loan Repayment: This Registered Nurse (RN) position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster. Job Summary
Provides high quality nursing care to all patients under the supervision of the provider. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Education and/or Experience
Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable. Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$26.25 - $39.25 per hour
