Guaranteed Base Salary + Focused 100% Out-Patient Palliative Care Model

We're seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with at least one year of experience to join our team in Wilmington, NC. Our 100% outpatient model offers a guaranteed base salary and a focused approach to caring for patients with end-of-life illnesses.
About the Role:
- 100% Out-patient Palliative Care: Provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- No nights, call, or weekends
- Work independently with the support of a dedicated physician team available via phone
- Collaborate with a compassionate, interdisciplinary team of professionals to provide comprehensive care
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience
- Robust benefits package including recruitment bonus, medical benefits, and student loan assistance
- 35 days of PTO, 403b with up to a 5% match, and mileage reimbursement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) is required
- Hospice, palliative care, or oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory
