Overview:

Interprets orders for requested exams, produces diagnostic ultrasound images,
Job Profile Summary
Provide diagnostic sonograms for interpretation by radiologist. Assist radiologist in the performance of procedures and provide the patient care essential to ultrasound interventional guided procedures. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Requires high school education or equivalent.
  • Licensure: ARDMS
  • Experience: Must have four plus applicable anatomic registries which may include nuchal translucency and/or nasal bone certifications and 3 plus years experience in a hospital based setting or 5 plus years expeirnce in a clinic setting.
  • Certifications: Must have BLS - Basic Life Support
