Job Description
We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide attentive, efficient service in a full-service restaurant. This role is responsible for serving food and beverages, managing individual table sections, and creating a positive dining experience through knowledgeable, accurate, and courteous guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Manage assigned individual table sections.
- Take orders accurately and demonstrate menu knowledge.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Process guest payments and handle transactions.
- Set and reset tables according to service standards.
- Assist guests with questions and requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant menus.
- Strong order accuracy and customer service skills.
- Clear communication and effective multitasking abilities.
- Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.
