We are seeking a *Professional Fee Neurosurgery Auditor* to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. This position supports a *Level I Trauma and Academic Teaching Facility* and focuses on auditing and improving coding accuracy for neurosurgery services.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct audits on professional fee coding for *neurosurgery* services, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and payer regulations.
* Collaborate with providers and coders to educate on proper documentation and coding practices.
* Review E/M services for accuracy and completeness.
* Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to improve documentation and coding quality.

*Qualifications:*
* Certification: *CPC paired with CPMA or CPC-I* (required).
* Minimum of *3 years of professional fee coding/auditing experience* in neurosurgery.
* Strong understanding of E/M services related to neurosurgery.
* Experience with *Epic*, *3M*, and *Encoder Pro*.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.

*Work Schedule:*
* *Monday-Friday*, 40 hours/week

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
