- Practice Detail: All Saints Mental Health and Addiction Care is a large provider of mental health and addiction services in Southeastern WI that offers a full spectrum of Child and Adolescent programs. Also included is an outpatient medication clinic, several group therapies for onsite patients along with individual and family counseling in 11 locations.
