Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct direct clinical work with clients, addressing their mental health needs through individual assessments and therapy sessions.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and support clients during emergencies, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals, actively participating in case discussions and team meetings.
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a comfortable environment for them to discuss sensitive issues.
  • Implement integrated care plans that address clients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring coordination of services across various providers.
  • Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adapt treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization, offering insights and recommendations based on firsthand experiences with clients.
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately, maintaining all relevant records to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
