Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:

* Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent complications.
* Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
* Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration in accordance with residents dietary needs and preferences.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring infection control protocols are followed at all times.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
* Document resident interactions, care provided, and observations in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

* Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure in the state of North Dakota.
* Ability to lift and transfer residents safely.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to resident care.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Basic knowledge of long-term care principles and practices.

Benefits:

* Competitive pay: $20-$28 per hour
* Shift differentials
* 40 hours per week with weekend rotation
* $2,000 relocation allowance
