SALARY: $13.50/hour
SHIFT: Seasonal, part-time opportunity including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
ROLE SUMMARY:
Be a part of of the Anheuser-Busch Brewery Experience at our Biergarten. As a Porter, you have the opportunity to be a part of our core restaurant team. Our Porters help ensure safe operation in the kitchen, and have the opportunity to work closely with all of the kitchen staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive food inventory and place in dry storage, walk in coolers, and/or freezers; organize storage areas.
Job Shadow Line Cooks.
Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans, tableware and other cooking utensils and put in dishwasher.
Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook's line and put away all other clean dishes when dry.
Take out all trash from trash receptacles.
Must keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace.
Flexible with job responsibilities and able to multi-task.
Other responsibilities as directed by the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills. Able to work in a fast paced team setting.
Able to stand on feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
