Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Varian Eclipse experience a MUST. MIM Vista experience preferred

Treatment Techniques: IMRT/RA plans, SABR Lungs/Prostates/Pancreas/Liver, HDR Skin/GYN, motion management (Gated Cases)

Databases: ARIA v16, EPIC, Treatment planning systems: Eclipse v16, Brachyvision, MIM Vista

Maximum days off: 5 days

1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type)

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CMD (Certified Medical Dosimetrist)
