Psych Help Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and licensed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our compassionate team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs.\n
- Formulating and executing evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and therapeutic best practices.\n
- Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic modalities to facilitate healing.\n
- Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care, which may involve referrals to external specialists as needed.\n
- Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.\n
- Participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.\n

Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of a valid LPC license in the state of Texas.\n
- A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.\n
- Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy, preferably in a mental health setting.\n
- Strong competency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to various mental health conditions.\n
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for documentation and client interactions.\n
- A commitment to ethical practices and safeguarding client confidentiality at all times.\n
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health counseling role is required. Familiarity with telehealth practices and protocols is an advantage, as is experience working with a multidisciplinary team.
