Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their presenting issues, personal backgrounds, and aspirations for treatment.
• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Work closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans, monitoring their progress and adapting approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and legal obligations while maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development, keeping abreast of industry best practices and innovations in therapeutic strategies.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, and empowerment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will center on working with a varied clientele in a Detox Center, including individuals facing substance use challenges, co-occurring disorders, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
• Excellent communication skills, alongside empathy and strong interpersonal abilities to connect with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in private practice or addiction treatment settings, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, eligible candidates will receive a sign-on bonus.
