As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be at the forefront of patient care, providing critical support to individuals facing some of life’s most challenging moments. You will evaluate patients in your assigned area, perform ongoing assessments of social, psychological, environmental, and financial factors, and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term care strategies.

The ideal Acute Care Social Worker candidate will have their Master's Degree in Social Work, a New York Social Worker License and prior acute care experience.
