Oracle CS Operations Process Lead - Boston, Massachusetts

The NetSuite GBU is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join the NetSuite GBU CS Operations team to support Customer Success Operations internal initiatives. This support includes but is not limited to managing projects, business/data analysis, reporting to key stakeholders on progress, developing and/or supporting enablement strategies, and tracking KPIs to measure success. This Business Process Lead will interact with all levels of organization members within CS Operations and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally at times with the internal organizations we support to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  2. 2+ years of Operations, Project Management, Professional Services Consulting experience or equivalent
  3. Knowledge of NetSuite preferred
  4. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with sound decision-making skills
  5. Excellent collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills required
  6. Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  7. Experience with complex data analysis using Excel pivots and functions required
  8. Knowledge of MS Project and other project management tools preferred
  9. Strong presentation skills required using PowerPoint
  10. Ability to create process flow diagrams in Visio or other software applications
  11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  12. Effective time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  1. Lead internal projects within our CS Operations organization
  2. Review existing processes and identify gaps
  3. Gather, analyze, and translate data to support recommendations and address gaps
  4. Present process recommendations to relevant stakeholders for buy-in/alignment
  5. Lead projects involving cross-functional teams and coordinate projects/activities that align with overall CS Operations departmental goals
  6. Create detailed project plans to ensure projects stay on track; Drive project deliverables with minimal supervision
  7. Work with management and project stakeholders to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once with competing due dates
  8. Work with respective teams on process adoption and enable teams as appropriate
  9. Implement change management strategies to gain adoption, reduce resistance, and encourage end-user acceptance
  10. Develop KPIs with relevant stakeholders to measure project success
  11. Liaise/build relationships and support collaboration within CS Operations
  12. Create/Support development of key reports for Executive Leadership and Managers
  13. Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
