Role Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Run Time Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems during operational runs. This role is crucial for ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with equipment operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Linux and Windows

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor equipment performance during production runs to ensure optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and production delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Collaborate with operators and production staff to implement improvements and best practices.
  • Document run time data and generate reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment before production runs.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Support team efforts to achieve production goals and quality standards.
