WHO WE ARE:
The Program of All-Inclusive Care (PACE) is a Medicare not for profit, Medicaid State option program. We serve participants 55 and older, by providing preventive and long-term care services for those requiring nursing home level of care. Our number one goal is to empower our aging population with the choice to live safely in the home they love.

Gaston, Cleveland, and Lincoln counties.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS :
11am to 9pm
We are looking for skilled CNA's (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our compassionate care-giving team. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to become a part of our family.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES:
Home Care CNA duties will involve personal contact and interaction with varying participant population. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
* Providing personal care to participants.
* Assisting with activities of daily living, transferring, and lifting.
* Reporting any change in status to Agency Supervisor.
* Helping with meal preparation and feeding.
* Completing basic housekeeping functions.
* Documenting services provided and participant conditions in Electronic Health Records or as directed.
* Working in POSP's Adult Day Center when needed.
* Participating in On-Call rotation for weekdays and weekends.

Kintegra Pharmacy: $0 co-pay, Dental: Routine cleanings, fillings, extractions: $30 co-pay (per visit), Additional services at a discounted rate.
* 403b & Retirement - We contribute 4% to your savings plan even if you do not Plus, we match up to 4% from your personal contribution, resulting in a minimum of 12% savings toward your future.
* Tuition Reimbursement - Up to $5,000/per year for tuition and related costs upon successful completion of job-related courses
