I'm the hospitalist medical director for Sound Physicians at Dignity St. John s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard, CA. I joined the hospitalist team at St. John's in 2014 and have thoroughly enjoyed leading our diverse team to serve the community of Oxnard. People- Become a valued member of our team of 21 hospitalist physicians, where a friendly atmosphere is at the core of our work environment.

- Within the hospital, we work closely with our colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
- We work in an open ICU environment, but no procedures are required.
- We use Cerner EMR and have access to Sound Physicians internal informatics platform.
- Yearly compensation for a full-time nocturnist is $350k+ and you are eligible for a $50k commencement bonus.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
- Internal Medicine and Family Medicine candidates are eligible. Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
- H1B eligible; access to Sound's in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered
