*Key Responsibilities:*

* Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with varying medical conditions.
* Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding to any changes in patient condition.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
* Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
* Educate patients and their families on disease processes, post-hospital care, and wellness practices.
*Qualifications:*

* Active RN license in Massachusetts.
* Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medsurg/Tele unit or similar setting.
* Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
