Blue River PetCare provides the back office support needed to help our hospitals grow and thrive but leaves the decisions surrounding patient care to those who know best. Our medical teams have complete autonomy over all patient care and medical protocols.

PRACTICING MEDICINE MY WAY

What I appreciate and enjoy with Blue River is that I can be the doctor. I can see my patients, focus on them and their care and their needs while I have a strong management team that helps the facility and the practice run smoothly.

MEDICAL AUTONOMY

When you're a solo practitioner, you have a lot of independence, which I thought I would lose some of it working at the setting of a corporate practice. But it actually was not the case. One of the things that I enjoy about working with Blue River is the fact that we have autonomy in the things we do, the decisions we make at the local level.
