Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional legal support and guide our clients through the case process while maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
  • Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
  • Interact with expert witnesses by way of conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits.
  • Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trials.
  • Work closely with Litigation paralegals and other support staff.
Requirements
  • Law license and in good standing with the SC, NC or GA Bar Associations.
  • 1-3 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation experience.
  • A solid work ethic.
  • Desire for career growth.
  • A commitment to stay current in your craft.
