Experience:

• 36 months of role experience is required.

• 24 months of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours

Shift Requirements: Variable Days/NOCs; Start times: 530a, 530p

Weekends: Every other; Holidays: As needed

Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities; On Call/Call Back Requirements: Rare due to low census.

Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred

Required Skillset: Must have Fresh Heart experience. Phlebotomy skills strongly preferred (skill would be expected to learn)

Scrub Colors: Black

Education: Associate Degree or Certificate is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
