To excel in this role, you will need prior mechancial estimating experience along with a proven track record of at least 5 years in service estimating, preferably within the Mechanical Contracting industry. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and plumbing is essential. Your exceptional communication skills and leadership capabilities will play a key role in leading the sales team to success.
