The ideal candidate will be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry, with all subspecialties encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner.Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed. Requirements:MD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one.Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
