Applicants must currently live within a 1-hour commute of the terminal. Out-of-area candidates or those needing relocation will not be considered. We are actively seeking applicants from surrounding communities including Sharonville, West Chester, Liberty Township, and Blue Ash.

- Day shift schedule with possible overtime opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
As a Gate Inspector, you’ll play a key role in keeping the rail terminal running safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Inspecting automobiles arriving and departing the facility
- Verifying load sheets and unit numbers
- Documenting any damage with accuracy and professionalism
- Checking truck drivers in and out of the terminal
- Maintaining a visitor log
- Keeping your inspection area clean and safe
- Wearing all required PPE (vest, safety boots, hard hat when needed)
- Notifying supervisors of any incidents
- Staying alert and aware around moving vehicles and railyard operations

We are looking for bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) who can communicate effectively in both languages.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a 7-year background check and drug test
- At least 18 years of age
- No diploma or GED required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to safely work around moving equipment
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-minded
