Job Type: Full-Time
- Conduct residential and commercial indoor air quality inspections.
- Inspect HVAC systems, air ducts, vents, registers, and related components.
- Identify potential sources of indoor air quality concerns, including dust, debris, moisture, odors, and visible microbial growth.
- Perform visual inspections and collect air quality samples when required.
- Document inspection findings with detailed notes, photographs, and reports.
- Explain inspection findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Recommend appropriate cleaning, remediation, or corrective services when needed.
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain professional communication with customers throughout the inspection process.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Maintain inspection equipment and keep the work vehicle clean and organized.
- Previous experience in indoor air quality, HVAC, air duct cleaning, restoration, environmental inspection, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and other residential/commercial environments.
- Ability to use inspection equipment and technology.
- Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
