- Physician in Group: 15; 6 APPs
- & of the Practice: Low Risk 60%; High Risk 40%; GYN: 10%; C-Section 18%
- Support staff: In-House Physician, Midwife, & OB techs
- Office Equipment: Standard L+D support equipment
- Procedures:
- Obstetrics: Low Risk Pregnancy; High Risk Pregnancy; FHR Interpretation NST/CST/FSE; OB ultrasounds Performance of Interpretation; Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- Labor and Delivery: Complicated Delivery C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc; VBAC s; Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations; Routine Delivery Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
- Gynecology: Surgical Gynecology; Laparoscopic Diagnostic/Minor Only-Tubal Ligation, LOA s, Chromal Tubation; Operative/Major (Includes Diagnostic) Ectopic Pregnancy, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, Extensive LOA s
- No. of Exam Rooms: 19
- 5 Triage
- 2 C/S Operating Rooms
- 12 Delivery Rooms
- Nursery Level: III
- Trauma Level: I
- EMR: Epic
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
- Active OH license
- BC/BE
- BLS, EFM preferred
- Proof of COVID Vaccination
