The Hyatt Shared Service Center (HSSC) provides accounting support for over 150 Hyatt Hotels in North America and South America. Some of the accounting functions are: billing customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales and use tax, payroll, and treasury. However, the functions the Hyatt Shared Service Center supports continues to grow.

The purpose of this role is to assist the day-to-day operations of the Hyatt Shared Service Center mailroom and facility upkeep by upholding HSSC policies and procedures. The role includes tasks including but not limited to receiving and distributing mail , engaging with all HSSC department colleagues , assisting the Accounts Payable Team with outgoing checks and returned checks. This position is onsite at the S hared S ervice C enter in Moore, OK.

Essential Functions:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail from FedEx, USPS, Amazon, UPS and other mail services
  • Runs postage and prepare outgoing mail /package for pick-up via USPS and /or Fed-Ex
  • Replenish postage machine inventory as needed
  • Copy and Scan documents to electronic filing
  • Maintain office inventory including cleaning supplies and replenish as necessary
  • Place orders for supplies requested by various departments
  • Assist AP with Printing Checks and distributing via USPS, UPS, or F ed E x
  • Assist with Set Up and Tear Down of Site Events

    Qualifications:
    Experience

    1-3 years customer service experience

    1 Year office Administration experience a plus

    Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    N/A

    Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job

    Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite required

    Working experience with printing, scanning, faxing, shipping, and copying required

    Experience with the following is a plus
    • Postage Machine
    • Fed-Ex website
    • Check Printers
