Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gauge their mental health needs and collaboratively design tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities to enhance emotional well-being and foster personal development.
  • Work closely with clients to set personalized therapeutic goals, track their progress, and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide virtual therapy sessions for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote consultations, utilizing secure and HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Broadview, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. You’ll have the opportunity to create a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients of various ages and backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique experiences. Qualifications
  • Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to build and maintain trust with clients.
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach towards clients' struggles and experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to facilitate efficient caseload handling and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience

Experience in providing therapy for diverse issues such as addiction, trauma, and family dynamics is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and methodologies in mental health therapy will be advantageous for success in this role.
