We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead groundbreaking industrial and aerospace projects in the vibrant Space Coast region This is your chance to work on exciting projects that are shaping the future of aerospace
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Charge: Oversee the onsite construction management of large aerospace high bay projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with the Best: Work hand-in-hand with subcontractors, project engineers, and superintendents to drive project success and deliver results that make a difference.
- Harness Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to streamline procurement, manage schedules, and handle change orders like a pro.
- Innovate and Optimize: Implement Lean Construction principles and Pull Plans to maximize efficiency and minimize waste on every project.
- Be a Safety Champion: Foster a culture of safety while delivering exceptional quality, ensuring every team member goes home safe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 15 years in construction project management, with a minimum of 5 years as a Senior Project Manager on large industrial/aerospace projects.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Procore and Bluebeam, with strong skills in reading drawings, writing subcontracts, and managing change orders.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to engage and inspire a diverse team while maintaining focus on project goals.

- A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Assertive yet approachable, proactive, and passionate about construction management.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check.
